Or, throw out your fishing line and catch something for the chef to prepare for lunch or dinner. Villa Valparaiso is large but cozy and every room provides views that you will never forget. Pick up your margarita, settle down in one of the poolside chairs or floats and watch the sunset and, if you’re lucky, the whales and dolphins putting on their show while the chef prepares one of her special menus on the outdoor BBQ.
