With the sliding doors open one can lie in bed and view the ocean and feel the breeze. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, A/C, two large closets, and finished with a curved polished concrete desk and side table built-ins. The colorfully tiled modern master bath has a curved glassed-in shower stall with a view. Also, there is a spacious sitting room with sleep sofa that could as well double as an additional bedroom for one person! This room has A/C as well. There is street access from this level. Casa Agua Azul is perfect for two families, or two-three couples. With the extra two potential bedrooms there is ample room to sleep seven.
