The complex has 24 hour security, underground parking, elevators, beautifully maintained gardens, large pool with palapa & lounge chairs & tennis courts.

The condo is very nicely and comfortably furnished, has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable & large screen TV, telephone & internet and CD player. The large balcony overlooks the marina and yachts. For security on the balcony, there are metal bar sliding doors & separate screens so that you can enjoy the breezes during the day or night. There is a glass dining table & chairs to enjoy your cocktails and meals outside on the balcony if you like. There are also ceiling fans on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and all the dishes & pots & pans you will need. There is a nice breakfast bar facing the kitchen with 3 stools. The dining room has a round table with 5 chairs. The living room has an L-shaped sofa and large screen cable TV, CD, internet access and telephone. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closets and private bathroom with tub. Sliding glass doors open unto the large deck. There is a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with large closet, cable TV & DVD.

Low season: May 1 – Oct 30 $125 USD/night, $875/week, $2200/month

Christmas/New Year & Easter: $1400 USD/week

Security deposit refundable upon checkout - $300 USD
